Stolen SeroVital

📄 Case Entry: Amazon Reimbursement Fraud – 42 Units of SeroVital Lost, Then Shortpaid

Summary:
Amazon lost one of five boxes in a split FBA shipment for SeroVital Anti-Aging Supplement. Despite full delivery prior to the March 31 policy change — and submission of Costco receipts showing exact buy cost — Amazon underpaid reimbursement by $3,833.34. They lied about the validity of the documentation and knowingly misapplied policy to justify theft.

🔍 Timeline of Events:

  • Early March 2025: A 5-piece split FBA shipment containing 210 units is delivered in full
→ All five boxes scanned as delivered
→ Four boxes are checked in and received before March 31
  • Mid-March: One box — containing 42 units — is never checked in and marked lost
  • Late March: Reimbursement issued for only $1,063.86, despite submitted receipts showing:
    • $39.97/unit buy cost Ă— 42 = $1,678.74
    • 90-day Buy Box avg = $142.53 → policy-based payout = 42 Ă— $116.60 = $4,897.20
  • Total shorted: $4,897.20 – $1,063.86 = $3,833.34

📌 What I Provided to Amazon:

  • Costco sales audit and reprinted receipts with full name and membership ID
  • Amazon tracking confirming full shipment delivery before policy cutoff
  • Clear pre-March 31 timeline proving eligibility for full 90-day Buy Box payout

⚠️ What Amazon Claimed (Falsely):

  • That the receipts did not contain my name — a lie
  • That I did not provide proof of sourcing cost — despite the reprinted Costco receipts
  • That the lower payout was correct — falsely invoking the post–March 31 policy change
  • That the policy change applied — even though the shipment was delivered and partially received before the change

🎯 Final Status (as of May 31, 2025):

  • Amazon has refused to pay full reimbursement despite clear documentation
  • Their denial includes
  • They have been formally given 72 hours to correct the issue before escalation, including:
    • Binding arbitration under the BSA
    • Filing fee reimbursement claim
    • Restitution for bad faith denial

Second to Last Reply before Arbitration: Amazon falsely claims that because the claim was “submitted on April 15,” the new March 31 reimbursement policy applies. In reality, Amazon did not allow any claim to be submitted earlier. The shipment was delivered and partially received weeks earlier, yet Amazon weaponized the system delay to deny the correct payout.

Amazon Bad Faith Protocol - Deny, Lie, Repeat
Last Reply before Arbitration Amazon support closes all further communication and refers the seller to their Legal Department after being presented with proof of underpayment, policy abuse, and false denial of documentation. This is a clear sign of liability avoidance and an internal handoff in anticipation of arbitration.

FINAL FINAL Reply before Arbitration After finally admitting the receipts show my name, Amazon support tells me to update the “Sourcing Cost” manually via their dashboard — but then refuses to assist when I explain that the system blocks edits due to a 30-day cooldown. This is the final proof that Amazon is hiding behind broken internal tools and circular logic to deny full reimbursement.

đź’¬ Commentary:

This isn’t an accident — it’s calculated theft. Amazon received the shipment before the policy change. They had all documentation. And they still underpaid by over $3,800 while lying about receipt validity to avoid accountability.

This case will proceed to arbitration if not corrected immediately. I have every piece of proof, and I will not be stonewalled by a system that disguises theft as “policy”.

I’m not building a website. I’m building a case.
Every brand Amazon wrongfully restricts is another arbitration on the table.
And it’s going to be expensive — brand by brand.
