Proof Amazon Enforcement Is Algorithmic, Arbitrary, and Unaccountable
đź”’ Suppression Timeline
A running log of algorithmic enforcement failures within Amazon’s backend systems. Each case highlights a contradiction — proving that restrictions are often driven by faulty automation, not real policy or compliance risk.
📍 Case #1 – Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser
Date Observed: June 2025
ASINs Involved:
âś… B07T9K2JK7
(9.6oz) – I am approved
❌ B005IHTAMY
(6.7oz) – I am restricted
⚠️ B005IHT8KI
– I am simultaneously approved and blocked
Contradiction #1:
Amazon allows me to sell the 9.6oz version of Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser but blocks the 6.7oz — despite both being identical in formulation, branding, and packaging.
Contradiction #2:
I am actively selling ASIN B005IHT8KI
— and at the same time, I am blocked from listing it again. The system literally believes I am both approved and restricted on the same ASIN. There is no compliance rationale for this. This is simply code malfunctioning in real time.
Meanwhile, two weaker sellers are selling the 6.7oz version freely:
- “E’s_Emporium” — sole proprietor with only 114 lifetime feedback (1/5th of mine)
- “MZS Goods Distributor” — a direct competitor I am currently selling against on multiple ASINs
Proof of Active Competition with MZS: We are simultaneously competing on:
- Colgate Brush Heads – ASIN
B07DNFB7WN
- Oral-B Dental Picks – ASIN
B0922RSS65
- Bondo Bumper Repair – ASIN
B0046VN8JO
- Safeguard Hand Soap – ASIN
B09D1C5LQN
- Devil Coffee – ASIN
B07C2KSMQD
These listings prove I am meeting — or exceeding — the same standards as unrestricted sellers. Yet I’m arbitrarily gated while they’re not.
Conclusion:
This is not a compliance issue. This is evidence of a broken system. I am both approved and restricted on the same ASIN (B005IHT8KI
). The enforcement code is corrupted. There is no human logic to what’s happening — just mass-applied trust flags that conflict with each other and punish legitimate sellers.
This is backend chaos. It’s not risk mitigation — it’s automated suppression run amok.
